Mariko
Mariko Spigner is a graduate of Brooklyn College’s MFA program as a studio art major. She enjoys painting, photography, print making, jewelry design and origami. Origami is part of her culture, from her experience of growing up in Japan. One of the first origami models she learned is the “crane bird” symbolizing peace.
She is excited to share the love of folding and is organizing “Ori”-folding exhibitions in New York area.
